1. Data Stored
LockShield only collects data that is necessary for the bot to function. This includes:
- Discord Identifiers: IDs of users, servers, channels, and roles used to link and remember feature configurations.
- Activity/Moderation Records: Basic numerical data such as message counts (we don't store message content, we only store the amount of messages a user has sent in a specific server), warning counts, and a list of IDs of users entered into giveaways so the bot knows who is eligible to win when a giveaway ends.
2. Data Deletion
- Manual Deletion: Users can open a ticket on our support server (https://lockshield.org/discord) and request deletion of their data, which will be processed manually by the development team.
- Automated Deletion: Users can also delete their message activity data for a specific server at any time by using the /resetmymessages command.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We only disclose your data to authorized service providers bound by strict confidentiality agreements, or as required by law.
4. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
